Authorization to Enter in Tenant's Absence *

Our maintenance department will notify all tenants before entering their home. Working hours are restricted between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. If no, the tenant must be home between 9:00am and 5:00pm on the assigned service day. Without authorization, the work request may be delayed up to 15 business days.

In the event that the damages were caused by the tenant, the tenant misses a scheduled appointment with an assigned contractor, or the tenant restricts or refuses access to the unit when the work request has been properly booked in, the tenant will be charged for a call-out fee of $95.00.
